Fire on the Mountain

A fiery harmony of smoky and tangy, this sauce goes with just about any dish.  The prelude of this complex sauce comes from the tanginess of lemon, lime, beet, and pineapple juices. The rhythm picks up as the flavor moves to the smokiness of the chipotle powder and smoked paprika.  Followed by the fired up chorus, including habanero, wiri wiri and cherry peppers, this sauce ends with a smooth heat that will have you humming it’s tune again and again.  This is Jim E’s newest flavor, introduced in August of 2023 and has easily become the most asked for sauce at events. He recommends pouring this one on burgers, tacos, sandwiches, and absolutely don’t forget it in your ketchup for dipping those fries and onion rings!
