Sippin' on Ginger Juice

This one is a more mild spice, yet serves up a lively ditty for the palate. The ginger root takes lead, but the lime & pineapple create a composition with the ginger that will have you putting this one on replay on all kinds of dishes! Classic jalapeno is the only pepper in this sauce, so it’s milder than others in Jim E’s set list.
